  • Nylon, Acetal, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, Acrylic, Fiberglass, Carbon fiber, PTFE, ABS, PVC, etc.

Accepted CAD Files

We accept a wide range of industry-standard 3D drawing file types for quotation, including:

AMF, CGR, EPRT, HCG, HSF, IFC, IGS, IGES, PRT, PRTDOT, SAT, SLDLFP, SLDPRT, **STP, STEP**, VDA, WRL, XAML, X_B, X_T, 3DXML and 3D DWG.

Warning: Designs created in or exported from eMachineShop CAD are not accepted here. Please use the CAD instant price command within that system instead.

How to Make a CNC Order from Pcbalab

Based in Shenzhen, we partner with long-term, qualified CNC factories. We offer two convenient service levels for Makers and startups:

Option 1: Direct Vendor Contact (FREE)

If you prefer to contact the factory directly, just email us at **service@pcbalab.com**. We will send you our qualified vendor list and their contacts so you can handle the negotiation and ordering yourself.

Option 2: Turn-Key Ordering (10% Fee)

If you want Pcbalab to handle **communication, payment, and shipping**, send your production files (Material/Quantity/Surface Treatment) to **service@pcbalab.com**. We charge a **10% service fee** for this hassle-free management.

CNC Order Process Flow

  1. **File Submission:** Customer sends files/drawings or samples to Pcbalab. (Files not OK must be revised and resent).
  2. **Quotation:** If files are acceptable, Pcbalab will provide a quote **within 2 working days**.
  3. **Payment:** Customer makes payment (PayPal, TT, etc.).
  4. **Production:** CNC milling/turning commences. (Typically, full production starts after the first sample is approved by the customer).
  5. **Shipping:** Production finished, followed by packing and shipping.
  6. **Feedback:** Customer provides feedback.
